Had a 50 meter lead so I jogged a 2:20 as anchor.

Worked back and forth with Ziggy throughout, took off with 100 to go and got 2nd to John. Felt pretty easy but time wasn't great.

My open 800 debut, didn't go well. I was unsure on my stomach and on what we needed and if I was running the 3200. Sat in 4th behind 3 of our guys, out of no where with 200 to go, a Susquehanna kid flew by me Chunk and Lauer. I tried to go with but when I realized I didn't have the sprint I jogged the last 50 meters, so 5th...

Stomach was bad after 800, but Kell said I had to just sit on there kid the whole race and beat him if we were racing for place. After 6 laps of random pacing, I got greedy and went hard. Eventually caught Lauer and Zig who were 2nd and 3rd. Went for the pass with 300 to go, at 200 to go I started puking, held it down for 100 meters and then blew everywhere. We had the sweep and the time was poop, so I took my time and got everything out. Jogged in yet another race.
