Comments:
Ran with Alex and Marc. We took a slow jogging 200m recovery. 2:57, 2:19, 1:44, 1:44, 66, 67, 67, 67, 31, 30, 30, 28high. Felt really good. Would have been easier if i was in spikes instead of flats.
