Where's Spring

Exercise Type: Run

It's snowing at the end of March? C'mon Man. Went to the gym again and did 6 miles on the treadmill and track alternating every 2 miles. On the 2 treadmill sets I set it to hills so that made it significantly harder. I think I will try to get hill workouts in more frequently to build some leg strength and to get my legs accustomed to being tired.
