workout today, it was a good one. 2.5 mile warmup and cooldown, then an 800, 4 400's, 800. it was pretty good actually, i felt pretty bad by the end but i managed to crank out some decent times. specially my lungs, i was really out of breath on the last 800. anyways, gotta recover and try to kick some ass at next weeks meet
