Comments:
20ish minute jog to norwood park, 4 striders. then 16 x 100 with the jog back as recovery, plus a few extra minutes a couple of times while anthony talked to us (about form, etc). it was hard - i felt myself get tired after about 8 - but having everyone there to push me made me continue to stay strong. i certainly wasn't the fastest one out there (by far!) but I was satisfied with my performance - i was really on my toes and sprinting!
then 20 minute jog home. i felt good but didn't want to run alone so i kept it easy.
also, bought nike frees after practice today (at Max from the running co's suggestion) so i'm excited to run in them tomorrow for the first time!
