Comments:
Hopefully this is my real first day back. I was instructed to go nice and slow by Mark. Ran with Austin, Steve, and Ramirez around the cross country course. My hamstring acted up a little bit but nothing debilitating at all. I did the last 20 minutes on my own. I can't wait to be back in full.
