ugh.

Comments:
Did not feel good. I physically could not keep up with everybody on the freaking warm-up, although I suppose 15:40 for 2 mi is plenty fast enough. did 800,400,2*200 (all times 2). 800's were awful, 400's were slightly less awful, and 200's were fine. I hit the last 200 in 35, so I'm happy with that. My second 800 was 2:50, which is not okay at all, but I feel really crappy today. This week has been really intense and I'm not the healthiest person right now, but it will get better. now just looking to this weekend. I AM NOT SUPER SLOW AND I WILL NOT EMBARRASS MYSELF TRYING TO RUN MID-DISTANCE. Yes.
