Well, it turns out that pain in my foot on Monday was the beginnings of a sprained foot, so I'll be out for a week or two while it heals. Anyway, for practice today I did a bunch of lifting and leg workouts. Hopefully the increased strength after this hiatus will balance out the lowered endurance.
