Comments:
went up after the two miles to bike for a solid 20 minutes. i pretty much only listen to the strokes when i'm in the cardio room, so didnt change today. also chatted with ethan and david though. then did lots of stretching because for some reason i was pretty sore. i guess yesterday was supposed to be pretty hard and that likely explains it.
