Comments:
I was very happy with this tempo run. Two mile warm up and then ran big run in 33:41. I was pretty relaxed until the last couple miles which i pushed in pretty hard. The wind was really bad coming back on 229. This makes me feel like I have the fitness to run sub 32 for the 10k on friday as long as I feel good.
