lee loop and hurdling on van horn.

Weather: half zip and shorts weather

Comments:
ran with corey around the lee loop. through the meadow on the way back. felt good for the run.
got back to veale and stretched a bit, did some hurdle drills, then went outside to hurdle with coach. it went really well. i was going over the regular height hurdles, which i was kinda scared about before, but now i feel a lot more confident about steepling. my hip flexors were a little sore, and i didn't get to stretch much before getting on the bus.
