Sweating feels good!

Comments:
First run since I hurt my back on vacation a week and a half ago...Oy Vey. I did however; get a treadmill run, bike for 10 minutes and a quick lift in so I am very happy. Always feels great to sweat after a week+ of not being able to exercise.
