Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
after church, lunch, and watching some rope pull, i headed over to veale to swim. i was going to swim with ben and thea, but since i decided to watch rope pull instead, that didn't end up happening. i swam alone, and made up this set:
200 swim, 200 kick
300 swim, 200 kick
400 swim, 400 kick
100 swim
the swimming felt really easy and smooth today. it was relaxing to get into a rhythm, and i would've swam longer, but the pool was closing at 3. went upstairs to stretch, then back down to find some ice, but all that was left was a large cooler full of cold water. since i didn't feel like icing with a bag of cold water, i didn't.
