Kind of a long warm up with 10 hills for some stupid reason. Didn't feel too great today. Took the 50s run pretty easy. Basically ran the workout starting at tempo, then around 5k-8k pace, and the quarter was just as fast as I could go while still remaining under control. 7:02, 3:58, 65. Ran the first one in trainers, then flats for the last two. Kind of sucked having to run the whole thing by myself, but whatever.
