15 minute warmup.. 5 minutes uptemp covering around 1200 meters..5 minute recovery..4 minutes uptempo covering 1,000 meters.. 4 minute recovery..3 minutes uptempo covering 800 meters..3 minute recovery..2 minutes uptempo covering 600 meters..2 minute recovery..1 minute all out covering 300 meters.. total of 15 minutes covering 3900 meters (2.4) miles.. 15 minute cooldown... nice workout...
