Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today was my first speed workout back from injury, and it doesnt seem that I have lost much. We did a four mile warmup and coach told me that I will be running with the lowest mileage group this week (55 miles). The k's were supposed to be done in 2:59 each with two minutes rest in between each. The entire team had trouble hitting the times today. Even Flach and Evans were off by about 7 seconds on their last repeat. We did five. I was:

I started with Jerv, Ty, and Soltan for each and beat them all by a significant amount on each repeat. I think I am back in full.. kind of.
