the weather was shitty all day (of course..its tuesday). freakin windy as all heck with some drizzles. so lafferty and i decided to do 7xK indoors. the first two at threshold pace then cut down from there with equal recovery (+/-400m). 3:20, 3:20, 3:08, 3:06, 3:06, 3:04, 3:01, 3:01. finally felt good in a workout that had some longer intervals to it. the last 2 were hard. 4x150 BU
