i wouldn't waste my time. i'm kind of just following directions as far as running goes for the time being. hitting my mileage and doing the workouts coach gives. its hard knowing my only good race was the first one, way back then, i havent done anything wrong outside of my races so, i'm trying to keep it that way. went real easy today, relaxing a lot. ran with bobby justine and carter for the first 3. i felt accomplished after today's run, even though i didnt do anything special.
