Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4x8 and mile. After 10 minute warm up basically put my spikes on, did a couple strides and raced for 4x8. Got the baton 50-75 meters down, out in 60 (surprise!), back in 69. Pretty solid early season time.
Went out in 64 for mile with ME kid. Not intelligent but figured it was the only way to see where I am. Ended up dying on last lap and got passed by Mackenzie in the last 100. For April 6th, I'll take it, plenty of room to improve though.
