Comments:
jog to au, feeling stiff sore etc but energetic. 3 (63), 4(85), 3(60), 4(82), 2(34) with ample recovery in between. i got stronger and more confident as the workout progressed :) shins and calves hurt but that's to be expected after a day like yesterday and then speed work today. i'm excited to be working on my turnover - that's what i was really missing in the mile yesterday!
