eating too soon before running = bad idea

Comments:
advising meeting this morning, grab it lunch, then 145 recitation. i thought enough time had passed since i ate, but that was definitely not the case. ran with aaron and flick for the first 2.5. i haven't run with either of them for a while, so it was good to catch up. after they left, i tried to pick up the pace, but my stomach was not agreeing with me. on the plus side, the run felt a lot better after i stopped. i saw bobby, dave, corey and justine near roxboro. the weather was great today, and it ended up being a good run, even though it was muddy.
