Weather: cold and wet

Comments:
Ran for 3 miles at 5.0, 5.3, 5.5 & 6.0. Legs felt great at 6.0 but I got out of breath easily. Good chest work out and then rode 1.5 on bike. feel really good today and ready for the 5K on Sat.
