I am determined to increase my miles every week no matter how slow my pace is. Knee felt pretty good the entire run. Had to stop for 1 minute at mile 2.25 to take off some clothes as i was too hot. Ran all out the last .25 miles. next week 5 miles!! with a few 2 milers in between
