workout on my own cause i didnt run in the meet yesterday and all. jp did the 400's with me but i did the mile on my own. feel like maybe i shoulda made the whole workout longer but idk, it felt pretty good to me anyways. the 400's especially werent too bad but i had good times. those were good. the mile i hit the time i wanted to but maybe i shoulda been aiming for a little faster cause it didnt feel too too hard. anyways, recover for the meet monday!
