worst. run. ever.

not worst ever, but it sucked. ran with chris kelly after lunch. he wasnt feeling good, and after a few miles in i realized my legs felt like they were going to crumple beneath me, and we just ran real slow. lots of stretching and being lazy until the meeting, and my legs felt better as the day went on. planned on doing the 7 miles steady tomorrow, but may do the 5 if my legs feel like crap again. hopefully they dont!
