Hadn't crosstrained in a while and Anthony said I could have a longer/faster run the next day If I crosstrained so I decided to do so. Went on the bike at a faster than usual pace for 30 minutes. Knees were...ok. Planked, crunched, pushuped, strecthed and lifted with Natalie and Emma afterwards.
