Comments:
ran the 7 mile steady up north park. i felt decent. much better than yesterday, not great, but good enough to do the 7 miles. i dont know where any mile markers are on north park or anything, so i just kind of went by feeling. was trying to hit 6 flat pace because tempo is like 5:45ish pace, and i did alright. my calves were sore.
