After watching the Masters All Day, I went out after 6 and did our Saturday scheduled workout.. I hoped several did this, it was a tough but rewarding run.
15 minute warmup on greenbelt west
1 mile in 5:53..10 minute recovery.. 6:21 mile in opposite direction... 15 minute cooldown.. can't walk now, but good workout... temp was mid 80's and was pretty warm, warmest it's been in quite awhile.
