Weather: 83, sunny freaky hot and beautiful

Was just glad to break the funk and get out there. The weather has been total shit, my mood has been total shit, the spring has been cold, and I hate Muncie. But today, all at once, the sun came out, it was hot, it was Sunday. I ate Mcdonalds for breakfast (ironically after watching Supersizeme" last night) and then proceeded to do some computer stuff. I got feeling like a grease spot, and so cleaned the house, downloaded a few new songs, and then headed out to run. I felt great... but was very slow, very fat, and very heavy... although I still had a little rythm. let's keep in mind that I did run almost 30 miles last month. It wasn't pretty, but I at least got out there, and that's more than I can say for March of last year... however I did run the mini last year and so that is coming up in less than a month and it would be the WHO of me to figure out if I want to do that again this year.
