Comments:
Did 4 x 400 track workout at AU. Felt pretty crappy the whole time, but overall felt great. (Thats hard to explain). Didn't drink much today and the allergies were acting up which didn't help my first real workout in a long time. Times were ehhh. 82, 85, 93, 96. Got progressively slower, which I'm disappointed about. For the first time in a very long time, my knees were completely normal today. Maybe I was distracted by the other stuff or all the stretching and icing is paying off. Either way, still frustrated about only being able to do 4 400's midseason. Motivation failed me in the the 3rd 400. Didnt like it. Overall, great workout, had fun.
