One HALL of a Run

Comments:
due to the inclement weather outside, we stayed indoors today and did a good workout in the hallways of school.. 10 minute warmup
2 sets of 2x80 seconds and 4x40 seconds with 60 second recoveries in between each, covering 400 on the 80's and 200 on the 40's.. the workout covered around 2 miles.. we also did 2 x 140 meter strides... 6 minute cooldown.. iced afterwards... pretty good workout for inside... we are going to hit the speed pretty hard over the next several weeks.
