ran just the 1500 today, didnt think i was gonna do so hot cause yesterday felt like shit and all and before the race i didnt feel good but warming up did the trick i suppose cause i felt decent the whole way through. not amazing, didnt have much of a kick or ability to kick it up a notch to stay with crawley, but i thought it went ok and my time was faster than i expected really. scoree. keep it up man, uve got a while until the next one so get some good ass workouts in
