early morning weights and abs

first time in a week. feeling medium+
did 60lbs on squat bar, 55 on leg raises, did some lunges.. did 55 on pull downs, 45 on butterfly, 20 on shoulder press, 10 on biceps, 20 on triceps (x4 sets) then did serious abs :) and a few pull ups with 55 /60 pushing me up.
