Ran with the team down Chesapeake, until Anthony told me to shorten my run and turn around at Westmoreland Circle. Knees didn't hurt while I ran (or before or after running) , but anytime i bent over to tie my shoe or whatnot and had to bend my knees, it was pretty painful. Iced a bunch when I got back, stretched, iced, planked, heel toe walked. Forgot to do clams. Did them at home. Psyched for tommorow's race woohoo
