Comments:
progressive warmup - supposed to be sets of 150s on track - instead did it off track, 3 X (3X30 sec.) with each set increasing in pace, first one at mile, second at 1k, third at 800 m. pace - 45 sec. rest in between each, 3 min. jog in between each set - hips really tired, going to cross train tomorrow
