pretty self-explanatory title. i wanted to get in some hurdles today after watching the video of saturday's race with coach this morning. that was interesting. i need to be pushing off of the water barrier-- that was definitely evident after watching the video; i was soaring upward instead of outward. i think i can definitely improve it. i need to take off a lot sooner to avoid jumping up so much, for both the hurdles and the water pit.
ben and i ran the lee loop after his class, then i hit the track for 100m striders w/ 100 jog btwn. once again i was feeling a little uncomfortable leading right; it just feels more natural to lead left. although when i did manage to lead right, i think my form was better. i hope the repetition helps. i'm sore from the pushups pullups and dips yesterday, and i have a nagging cough that gets worse after i run. imma just be careful and get healthy.
