Weather: Cloudy, little wind coming towards poplar (downhill) little rain, wet ground

Comments:
Ran to the RAC through AC row, short WU on the indoor track. Met new kid Tim K.

Did stretches and strides with TIM, at least 4 laps striding straight away

went outside and started the workout with zach, watch didn't want to start.

Than the loops started, felt very good at the beginning, smooth and relaxed, was worried about the wind but it wasnt bad
