wooooohooooo finally back to running in meets and being a functioning member of the team. Ran an 800 in 2:52, technically a one second PR (back from 8th grade ehhh). Felt great when I was running, thought I gave it my all and really pushed, but I still got a bad time. Not as frustrated with the time, but more the fact that I gave it my all and because I'm not in shape, my all wasn't that good. Either way it was great to be finally racing again, and I can only improve from here.

On a side note, the knees felt fine today (oddly), but my right hip wasn't having much fun. It was beginning to hurt earlier in January when my knee was really hurting, so today I iced it a bunch and tried to nip it in the bud. Hoping its a one time thing.
