hurdling...for real!

Comments:
warmed up to the track for steeple stuff. since we're doing the time trial tomorrow, i decided i would just cross train today. we did some hurdling over barriers and water jumps. worked on punching forward with my lead leg. i feel like i really made some progress, and finally got the form down. hopefully that translates into the simulation tomorrow. water jumps were good, better than they have been in the past. need to work on pushing out, not up. i kept telling ben that i was excited for the race and he would say "it's not a race, it's a simulation." i think he's nervous.
