Comments:
after doing a 10 minute green acres warmup, we did a very good track workout.
2x400's going sub 80 each with 60 second recoveries..then4x200's going sub 40 with 60 seconds in between.. 5 minute rest..5x300's staying around 60 seconds each, and 60 second recoveries... a few stadiums for strength training a cooldown through spring bank and the day is done.... pretty good results, a hard week with mondays workout and tuesdays race, it will pay off later..
