workout today, without danny either cause he had a review seession or something. intense stuff. unfortunately did less warm up and cool down that usual, which is probs good cause i might have died as it was, but kinda sucks cause it woulda been uber miles lol. anyways, rly good workout today. they were rough but after the first 800, the rest was really not insanely hard to get faster times. which is awesome. not so say we didnt push it, just felt decently easy to push. winner of a day, unexpectedly so too lol. keep it up man!
