Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40 and windy

Comments:
So I was going to run 5, but then I thought nah...I'll add on a bit and see if I can cross paths with the Thursday group. Then I realized that if Jordan and Jay were doing Secret Trail I had to go to 148th not 140th.

So my 5 mile route turned into 8.5 and I didn't see anyone. I did run it faster than I expected though considering all the hills that are involved when you run it backwards from my place.
