Comments:
jog to the field right before au, drills etc, then 6xalmost300 with ~150 recovery. ground was bumpy and muddy, "track" not clearly delineated, but i felt really good. led my pack (julia ernst, emma murdock, kyra) in each interval. ran 58, 60, 59, (slightly longer recovery), 56, 58, 57. (keeping in mind that the path was a little different on each one so i have no idea what the pace was actually like haha.) good day though. legs started out very heavy, stiff, sore, and felt 100x better on the way home. a day of xtraining this weekend will be really good for them though...my shins!!
