Comments:
warmed up from veale to nrv.
it was just chris and i, because ben's foot wasn't feeling good. i'm feeling kinda sick today, coughing and a little congested.
took out the first lap faster: 76s
i was just really tired today, i think it was from being sick, but also because my form's bad.
i came through in about 7minutes. the water barriers weren't bad, and my form felt better over the barriers, but i'm still jumping up instead of over. it's really just a fear thing, i think. in conclusion, i didn't feel good today. i've made some improvements, but i still have some ground to cover before next week.
the cool down was nice-- chris and i ran barefoot around the infield for a couple miles, then watched film of the race with coach and ben, from whence most of the above conclusions came. ran back to veale and did a few laps on the track for 4mi cooldown.
