Comments:
i had just finished lunch when we headed over to nrv for the "super secret relay race" so i wasn't feeling all that great. on top of that, i'm also feeling sick-- congested and coughing, so when i got to the track, i just laid down on the infield and slept for a bit.
somehow, the inTIMidators got a really stacked team, and we blew away the competition. i ran a 200, 1000, and 400, and we totaled up for a 10k in 28:39.
because we won, we got free lunch at tommy's from coach. so we ran from north side to tommy's via mayfield, ate for a while, then ran back to veale on euclid hts.
