Welp....meet got cancelled a little before my event. Taking matters into my own hands I made my own workout. I set off around walt whitman for a 5 min warm up, After that I watched fred run his 400, and I went straight into continuous 150's (150 sprint, 150 jog) for 15 minutes. I lost track of how many 150 sprints I did, but they were all around 19-24 I'm guessing I did a little over 3000 meters. Then I did another 5 minute cooldown....except i didnt cool down cause I actually had an increased pace. MEET SUCKED ....down pour of rain.....
