anthony wanted me to crosstrain one day this weekend, and the torrential downpours today made it an easy choice...
i never feel like the elliptical is as hard/as much of a workout as running is, but i did put the resistance up to 6 and made myself pedal quickly so i hope i got at least something out of it.
