Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really sore hamstrings today b/c of the first day of leg lifting. It should get easier as the weeks go on though. The soreness actually helped slow the beginning of this run down. After about a mile I loosened up and the run was fairly normal from there. The goal was a 4/3/3 progression run at 7:30/7:00/6:20 pace. Paces ended up being faster but it wasn't too fast. Overall a decent workout.
