Comments:
trying to get form down so i don't jump as much. i had a few really good ones, but we couldn't really replicate them. i definitely improved though. i felt kinda ridiculous because i went so many times, and so many people tried to help me out. the most ridiculous part was when coach and obi were holding the rope above a hurdle so i couldn't go too high, but i ended up running into it. eventually, we concluded that it's better for me to not accelerate into the hurdle, and just go over it smoothly. we'll see how it works this week.
