definitely a hard workout, and i loved it. finally really felt challenged during a 400 workout. 12 times 400, with :30 rest, with 80 meter kickers after every other one. i dont think i could have gone any faster for this workout. carter kept me alive by being right there in front of me. this workout thoroughly wiped me out. something no workout has done to me in a while. the 66 is kind of a mirage, its common knowledge no matter how hard i've run before it, i can crank out a good one at the end, its just what i do. i didnt time the kickers, but carter said that was about what they were, just quick stuff. i'm really happy with this workout.
some of these times are rough because looked at my watch as i turned around for the kickers.
